Terms of service

These terms apply to merchants using iSmart Reach, a Shopify app by IT BRAIN. By installing the app you agree to them.

The service

iSmart Reach sends order messages to your customers from your own WhatsApp Business account, and by SMS where available. You choose which messages are sent and can change this at any time in the app settings.

Plans and charges

Plans and prices are shown on the app's Shopify pricing page and are billed by Shopify. Paid plans include a number of messages each billing period; extra messages cost $0.002 each, up to the monthly limit you set in the app. Meta charges its WhatsApp fees directly to the payment method in your WhatsApp Business account; these are separate from our charges.

Your responsibilities

Follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy, and the laws that apply to your messages.
Only send marketing messages (such as abandoned checkout reminders) to customers who agreed to receive them.
Keep your WhatsApp Business account in good standing and its payment method valid.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, but messages depend on Shopify, Meta and mobile networks, so we can't guarantee every message is delivered or delivered on time. If Meta limits or blocks your WhatsApp account, messages stop until Meta resolves it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost sales or indirect losses.

Ending

You can uninstall the app at any time; billing stops through Shopify. We may suspend the service for misuse, such as spam. Your data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
