How to delete your data

Merchants

To disconnect WhatsApp only: open iSmart Reach in Shopify admin, go to WhatsApp, and press Disconnect. Your WhatsApp access token and templates are deleted from our systems straight away.
To delete everything: uninstall iSmart Reach from your Shopify admin (Settings › Apps). All of your store's data is deleted within 48 hours.
You can also remove iSmart Reach from your Meta Business settings under Integrations › Connected apps.

Customers

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving messages from that store. To delete your data, ask the store you ordered from; it can send a deletion request through Shopify, which we act on automatically.
